wait, this isn't a screenshot of the game? xD

Bleak-Creep responds:

Haha, thanks! Definitely aiming for the same style/vibe and I had plenty of references. :)

Quite good.

I like the colours and how polished it is.

A few things to improve upon: her body moving just doesn't feel right, plus her boobs bounce incorrectly as if they have their own motion. You could improve by looking at actual footage of that movement, maybe record yourself doing the movement.

Another thing is her design, I find it quite generic.

notzackforwork responds:

Okay.

Def needed more reference.

Generic design, okay. Just keeping her simple for the animation.

Duude!

That animation was really well made.

Love the movement of the hair and all.

One thing you could have improved, was to change his expression depending on the transformation, but overall, really amazing.

Chris-Vassilico responds:

Thanks so much! Yeah, looking at it now, I wish I would've added expressions and such. Lol.

Wow, I love that black n' white style, really good.

The details and lines are very well made, the animation is fluid as well.

The only thing you could improve is on that walk cycle, it seems to be a little bit rough.

This video shows how to make a simple walk cycle.

Hyped for your movie mate!

JoeliusNG responds:

Thanks for the help!

Love those colours! Really well made painting and idea as well.

You could work a little bit more on the dogs pose, his neck seems very stiff you know.

I've seem some of your other paintings, you have quite an eye for soft paintings.

Just work more on your backgrounds, they can really make your painting go from simple to professional.

Keep up the great work mate!

captnushii responds:

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely try working on my backgrounds.

Wow, i really like that manga sketchy style of your drawing.

One thing you could try, is using some dynamic shadows in your drawings, it would make them pop out more.

This video explain that really well.

Keep up the great work mate!

AlainArtStuff responds:

Thank you ^^

I'm saving that video here to watch later

Man, I really enjoy your style, i checked out your website and all,
really great.

One thing that you could work on a little bit more, is your composition, even though this piece is really good, if you worked on the composition, your art could easily become part in a card game or something.

Keep up the great work mate!

FDiazContin responds:

OMG!, Thank you!, Yeah the composition sometimes it´s really dificult too me :/ Luckily I'm studying arts and over time I'm going to polish those mistakes :)

Whoa, thats really cool. That hand its just perfect, and the style is really captivating.

But i think that you could have pushed the perspective of the background a lot more, to give that sense of out of reach.

Overall, I loved your style. Keep up the great work mate!

JoashB responds:

Thanks a lot dude! I know, I kinda screwed up on the background, hehe, but I'm still learning...your comment made my day...cheers dude!

I like this, the dark tone it has, thoes creepy features, it really adds up to the piece.
That hand was really well done, structure, shading and texture look really great.

I see that you putted some effects on it after you took it to photoshop, even though it may look better with those effects, I advise to go light on then, and focus more on the core of the piece.
The hair looks weird, you didnt follow the steps to make a compeling hair, i advise watching this

Its really great to know how to draw hair, also all Proko's classes are really good for learning.
The eyes look a little bit too big, but thats just nitpicking.

Overall, I really liked this piece, just go easy on those dark effects so it does'nt look clumsy.
Keep up the great work mate!

HopesDecree responds:

Thanks for the advice, I will try to go lighter on effects next time

Also, I checked out that video, it's well done, and I will definitely use that as reference the next time I draw hair.

Really great piece, I like the angle you set the piece, the details are carefuly drawn and that cape shows a lot of movement.

But i think the giant looks stiff, you could've exagerated more on his pose, the lack of shadows also take away some of the deph it could had and i think you could have pushed the perspective further to increase the feeling of how small the character is compared to the giant.

Overall I really enjoyed it, keep up the great work mate!

GreiTo responds:

Hey, thank you for the great comment and advice! Really apreciate it :)
