Whoa, i dont know how you did it, but it looks awsome!

One thing i could say is, to not make individual hair strands you know.
Make the entire shade of it, and then make some individual hairs arround the head.

And indeed, those eyes are amazingly done.

Really, Really cool dude, loved the style of it.

One thing you could do to improve your art, is to use some red tones in the skin,
puting red in the skin makes it feel more alive you know.

Really good mate. I think, that you could put a little bit more of contrast bettween the light and dark.
